
- Butter Chicken:
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 cup tomato puree
- ¼ cup cream
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add onions and fry until translucent
- Add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, cumin and coriander powder, and garam masala
- Fry for a minute and add tomato puree
- Add chicken and stir until chicken is coated with the sauce
- Cover the lid and let it cook for 15 mins
- Add cream and salt, and cook for a few more minutes
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
